Anthony Scotto III

Anthony is co-owner of Avenue T Hospitality Group, and the driving force behind the growth of the company. 

Growing up in a restaurant family, Anthony was exposed to all aspects of restaurant operations from a young age. After attending college, he took a five-year pause from the restaurant business to work in finance in New York City. 

Knowing the restaurant business is his true calling, Anthony left his job in New York and moved to Nashville to open the Pelato brand. A fifth generation Italian-American and New Yorker, he is passionate about staying true to the brand and the culture. Anthony is deeply involved with Pelato’s beverage program, and leads the search for new locations.
