Evan Fazio

Director of Operations

Evan Fazio serves as Director of Operations for Avenue T Hospitality Group, leading operations for both the Luogo and Pelato brands. A Long Island native, Evan began his career in hospitality bussing tables as a teenager and steadily rose through the ranks to become a multi-unit director for several prominent New York City restaurant groups.

In 2022, he joined Avenue T at its inception as the company’s first employee, partnering with the Scottos to build the operational foundation and scale the organization’s growth. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the systems, standards, and culture that define the Avenue T brand experience.

Evan is driven by a devotion to genuine hospitality, disciplined execution, and team development. He is deeply aligned with Avenue T’s core values — Excellence, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, and Salesmanship — which continue to drive the company’s expanding success.
