Theresa Scotto is co-owner of Avenue T Hospitality Group with a keen focus on PELATO. Theresa’s address growing up was on Avenue T in the neighborhood of Mill Basin - Brooklyn, NY.

Bringing her Brooklyn-Italian roots and family recipes to the dining scene, Theresa is the driving force behind the service style and vision for the PELATO brand with a goal of sharing her love for “the food we grew up on” with the world.  

She's known for her passion & palette for authentic, nostalgic dishes, including potato croquettes and traditional Sunday sauce, reflecting generations of family tradition.
